The NSCA (National Sporting Clays Association) is the governing body for sporting clays shooting in the United States. We host 8-9 of these events each year.

What are registered targets?
When you shoot registered targets, your scores are officially recorded by the NSCA. These scores:

How to get involved?
- Join the NSCA
Visit the NSCA website and sign up as a member. Membership gives you an official shooter ID, classification, and access to registered events.

Many sporting clays clubs host NSCA-registered shoots monthly. These are beginner-friendly and a great way to learn.
- Start Shooting Registered Events
You don’t need to be an expert. Shooters are classified so beginners compete fairly, and most events are welcoming and supportive.
- Learn and Improve
Take lessons from NSCA-certified instructors, practice regularly, and learn from fellow shooters.
- Compete as Much—or as Little—as You Like
